Use

The MIGRATEST© RU soft­ware was deve­lo­ped for esti­mat­ing migra­ti­on in “repea­ted use” sce­na­ri­os. For mono- or mul­ti­lay­er pla­s­tic mate­ri­als, this soft­ware can be used to esti­ma­te the sequence of repea­ted migra­ti­on into a food, food simu­lant and/or other cont­act medi­um. With this soft­ware, it can be taken into account that bet­ween two suc­ces­si­ve migra­ti­on pro­ces­ses, the pack­a­ging or object is not in cont­act with any cont­act medi­um for a cer­tain time. During such a time, a redis­tri­bu­ti­on of the migrant takes place in the packa­ge or object. This fact may have a signi­fi­cant influence on the sub­se­quent migra­ti­on pha­se. Fur­ther­mo­re, it is pos­si­ble to spe­ci­fy the cont­act medi­um and cont­act con­di­ti­ons for each migra­ti­on step indi­vi­du­al­ly and inde­pendent­ly of the other migra­ti­on steps
